Default Date format in a make table query

Hi,

I have a working make table query that has a date as one of the
fields. Is there any way I can force the query to format the date as
dd/mm/yyyy in the new table?

No. And there's no need to do so, usually - users shouldn't be looking at
tables (or except in the rarest of circumstances, running MakeTable queries).
