Default circular charting

I would like to create a chart that plots azimuth against elevation. This would be similar to a radar chart but with an axis for azimuth and one for elevation. Is this possible?

Stephen Bullen has a Polar Chart example on his web site. It's really an
XY Scatter chart with some trig in the worksheet.
