Locate where the percentages are in the existing spreadsheet for 2003.

Let's assume you have formulas such as =Net Pay*.075 which is 7.5% of Net Pay. You can select all cells with this formula and EditReplace What: .075 With: .065 Replace all. If more complex than this, post back with what you are trying to do, with a sample of your data....sample, not an attached workbook.
