Default E-mail Form

I am looking for some detail steps on how e-mail a form once you filled it out. I created the form and would like my co-workers to send it to me once completed, but I know nothing of macro or VBA. To simplify things, our office use Lotus Notes for e-mail.

G'day "rwav1" ,

Go to http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/index.htm

Read the first few articles in the VBA tab - you'll learn the basics
about VBA. Then, there is an article for sending mail :-)
