Default Office 2010 - release date ?


Hi

is there any news on the release date of Office 2010 ?

will it be this year ?

trying to decide on buying office 2007 or wait a bit longer for
the most uptodate version

The release date hasn't been announced. I doubt it's even been decided yet.

I personally would wait for Office 2010. Unless there's some reason you
really need Office 2007, you'll save yourself the upgrade cost once 2010
comes out. Then again, there may not be any compelling reason for you to
upgrade to Office 2010, so in that case, why wait? :-)

I would wait, and in the meantime download openoffice.org. It works
great and its free.
