Default Repeated Install and Activate on Microsoft Office 2003

Every time I reboot and use an office product a window comes up that installs
components and then makes be activate the products. I have activated them on
line and by phone. This is not the "EULA" problem as described under the
Outlook "Repeated Install and Configure" because I never get the opportunity
to see the EULA. Please help!

I had very similar issue installing Office 2003 with Vista. I was being
prompted to Accept the License agreement any time I opened an Office program
after I had activated Office. The fix which I found after searching
Microsoft's Website was to click on "Run As Administrator" and then open any
Office program once and Accept the License agreement and it corrected the
problem. I don't still have the link to the info on Microsoft's website, but
I don't remember it being difficult to find.

Alright! $49.00 and 4 hours on the phone with a wonderful Microsoft tech
fixed the problem with my Office 2003 and XP system "continuous reinstall and
activate" every time the computer was rebooted. The trick - delete the "Ask
Jeeves" toolbar just recently added to the computer... Go figure - guess it's
time to upgrade?
