Default row spacing

I have a Word document with a table in it. How do I make all rows the same
size? The last two rows in my table seem to have an extra space after the
last line in each row. So I clicked the Show/Hide icon. And I went to this
extra line in the row. But I pressed Delete and Backspace but neither of
these removed this extra line. Alternatively, I can email my Word document
to you if u give me your email address. And I checked the Word Help but I
tried all Format options listed and none of these helped me resolve this
problem.

Perhaps the paragraphs have some Spacing After? Or perhaps the cells have
larger bottom margins?
