Since you were able to find the newsgroups, you can figure out how to search
Microsoft.com. I searched for "0x8007007f" and this is where it led me.

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;884424
You receive a "Clip organizer cannot complete operation the specified
procedure could not be found error code 0x8007007f" error message when you
try to insert Clip Art into Publisher 2003

(If this seems a little snippy, it's just that I've having a "not great"
day and I can't understand how people can get to the newsgroups but never
try to search for the answers they need before posting. It's different if
people do search and can't find a solution. But like I said, I'm feeling a
little snarky.)

JoAnn, JoAnn, JoAnn...Never assume the morons can search. *NEVER* assume
they can string a coherent sentence together. Never assume *ANYTHING*. But
don't do their work for them either.

Just like I'm not assuming that Epson tech support staff have a brain cell
each. The one I'm currently talking to doesn't appear to have the company
brain cell today. There are probably retarded baboons with more intelligence
than he's portraying at the moment! I've been round and round and round in
circles, explaining the problem time, after time, after time and I've now
got a headache. I reckon these people are actually quite intellegent before
they go to work there, they're given stupidity lessons before they're
allowed to handle calls.

ARRGH!! Sorry, but the moron's got to me! Why do I BOTHER?!
