How to point to Public Contacts when clicking on "To...?
Hi, when we try to send an email using "To...", I'd like the Public
Contacts list to be the one that pops up. Can anyone tell me how to set Outlook to look there by default? Thanks a lot. -Mark |

Try under "Tools" - "Services" - "Addressing" and change it there.

That's the correct location for Outlook 2000, but Mark unfortunately didn't
say what version he's using. In Outlook 2002/3, you'd choose Tools | Address Book, then Tools | Options. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "gordon" wrote in message news Try under "Tools" - "Services" - "Addressing" and change it there. |
