How to remove a duplicate Personal Folder list from Outlook 2003
I have tried to remove the second folder but Outlook 2003 does not allow me
to Close Personal Folder. I seem to be using both Personal Folders to receive mail. Any suggestions?

This is the sign of a corrupt mail profile. See if this helps: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/ghosts.htm . If not, then you can always create a new mail profile. -- Brian Tillman
