Default Continuous Section break question

In Word 2002, I've been trying to delete the Section
breaks while keeping certain text on certain pages but
when I delete the Continuous Section break, it doesn't
keep the pagination that I need, i.e., merging page's 3
text onto page 2. I tried adding a New Page via Insert
Break but then I get another Section break, so now I'm to
Section 7 with just 3 pages of text! I don't know if
anyone else has encountered this (I tried the directions
Working with Sections on the MVP site also). Maybe I'm
just not understanding this properly - ?
TIA

Default Continuous Section break question

Hi Regina,

Why are the section breaks there, to begin with?

At this point, probably the smartest thing to do would be to
start a new document, and carefully copy/paste in the text
without the section breaks (and without the last paragraph
mark).
