quick question

can data collection show records from table??

for example i got

sales person name, with there customer name and numbers
and there sales v there forecast and at the end i have a comment column
which is blank,

so i want them to fill in that cooment column, but they need to see what row
they are filling it in against, is this possible??

at the moment the email show the fields but all blank and cannot update

Is this a question about MS Access?

I hope you aren't working directly in the tables ... Access tables store
data, Access forms display it for data collection.

I don't understand how emails got involved...
