Bring Back Increase and Decrease Paragraph Spacing Buttons Please!
The Increase and Decrease Paragraph Spacing Buttons are no longer available
in PowerPoint 2007, which has greatly disappointed me! I LOVED the way in which they would increase or decrease spacing by increments of 0.1 lines, so I could "get it just right." After realizing they were no longer part of version 2007, I wanted to add them to the Quick Access toolbar in version 2007, but they are not available as a custom feature either. Bring Back Increase and Decrease Paragraph Spacing Buttons Please!
Kath,
The best I could find, to add to the quick access toolbar (QAT), is to customized your QAT view All commands Find the first Paragraph entry (the one with the icon) To bring up the Home Paragraph Paragraph dialog box cheers TAJ Simmons PowerPoint Master http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com awesome - powerpoint templates, powerpoint backgrounds, free samples, ppt tutorials... Bring Back Increase and Decrease Paragraph Spacing Buttons Ple
Thanks, TAJ, but I had already looked under All Commands for these two icons
for QAT, and they no longer exist! That's what makes the situation even worse. The available line spacing icon and paragraph dialog box are both lame because they are so much less precise than the two now non-existing icons! I do not understand why Microsoft would take away great features. How is that an improvement? I noticed other great features that no longer exist; you will be hearing from me on them soon!
