inserting hyperlink
When I try to insert a hyperlink & attempt to browse the web, I receive the
message an error occurred while browsing the web. Possibly something to do with firewall & exceptions. Please assist.

I did copy the URL from the browser address bar and the message comes up

When you visit the URL via your browser, do you need to log in? PPT can't access links that require logins.
