Displaying records in a query from two tables
Hello,
I have two tables - Invoice Table (primary) and Debit_Credit Note Table with a 1 - 1 relationship based on invoice number. Normally I have noticed from my work with Access that records are only displayed in a query sourced by both tables for invoice data that have been appended on both tables. However, I was wondering if there is somenthing that can be done to make all records on the primary table displayed in the query regardless of whether or not there is a corresponding record in the other table. Your assistance will be deeply appreciated. |

Displaying records in a query from two tables
If you right click on the relationship in the query editor, choose
properties. There is an option to show all records from 1 table, and only matching records from the other.
