O E 6.0 opening 60 IE 6 windows
In safe mode I was logged in as administrator. When I highlight the mailto on

This computer started with XP. No upgrade. I di try the fix, but still no

It may be the computer is "infected" with some type of malware. You should
not be getting such a problem on a personal computer you own. If it's a company owned machine, it may be the result of a custom install in which case, only your company IT personnel can help since modifications made to such machines are not known.
