Default Putting text into graph

I have a bar graph, and want to add text to the graph. The text is numbers
that are found in the line below the vaules for the bar graph.
Is their a way that i can have it so this text automatically calculates, and
i do not need to type it everytime i change the graph

Hi,

You should download the free XL Chart Labeler add in for Excel it save
having to do what you want manually for each data point.

http://www.appspro.com/Utilities/ChartLabeler.htm

What this utility does is automate the following manual steps:
1. Right click the series and choose Format Data Series
2. On the Data Labels tab choose Values and click OK.
3. Single click one of the data labels and on the Formula Bar type =
4. Click on the cell in the spreadsheet that whose number you want displayed
in the data label and press Enter.
5. Repeat for each data label.

The data labels are now linked to the cells in the spreadsheet and will
update automatically when the data changes.

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,
