Retain Data Off Word 2003 Page
I am looking into ways for our client to enter data via a VERY simple form
(NO back-end). If I could have them access a few drop downs, check boxes, radio buttons off of a Word document, and have that data saved to a comma delimited file that would be great. Sort of like a screen scrape of the data selected off a word document. I think I could do via Frontpage but I'd like to try it off word. Any ideas... |

How about using formfields and the Save data only for forms option.

Yea, that is what I am looking into now. Trying to run the macro to save as
the *.txt , I know our clients will balk at the file save as piece... Also, I do not see a way to connect (ODBC) the form to a backend. Do you know if that is possible. Mabye a simple html form with odbc may be a better answer... "Doug Robbins" wrote: How about using formfields and the Save data only for forms option. -- Hope this helps.
