Default zoom displayed at 100% at start up

At start up I want the zoom percentage box to display 100% microsoft
publisher default is 55%

You can't change this really. You can change your desktop resolution to a
higher/lower resolution, and this changes the default zoom. But you can't
designate the zoom amount.

I recommend hitting the F9 key when Publisher is opened to your publication.

You can't change this really. You can change your desktop resolution
to a higher/lower resolution, and this changes the default zoom. But
you can't designate the zoom amount.
