Blank page problem (columns)
My report has 4 columns available for data. I do not have an extra page
problem when I select a small range of data that all fits in the first column. I get the annoying extra page when data needs to go into the second column. I have checked the margins and width of each column/space and have a 1/2 inch less than the page width of 8.5 inches. Any ideas on what I should look at?? Is there any visual basic code that I could add to limit the addition of another page to only when all four columns are full? Thanks! |

Are you counting the right and left margins when you calculate width?

Yes the right and left margines are included in the 8 inches.
Thanks! "Larry Linson" wrote: Are you counting the right and left margins when you calculate width? Larry Linson Microsoft Access MVP "Aaron" wrote in message ... Clarification:
I have both right and left margines at .75 each, thus leaving 7 inches for the report. Of the 7 inches I'm using 6.4821 inches. The strange thing is there is only one page until date wraps into the second column. Thanks, Aaron "Larry Linson" wrote: Are you counting the right and left margins when you calculate width?
