How can i create a list (from Data Validation) based on data in another
sheet or work book?

How do i put reference of the named range in the source? the name is "_GL".

Yes...

One more thing...the list is alphabetical and 600 items long so if i have to
go to somewhere in the middle or the end, i have to scroll all the way
there...any option to maybe auto-complete the text i am typing or go to at
the point where the type alphabets start or something else?
