You are connecting via Windstream (formerly Alltel) and I must presume that
is your ISP. Call their Customer Support Center to see if you have your
correct mail server addresses entered in your Outlook Express accounts.

yes. She didn't know how or don't understand what's the problems are. She's
going by the book as you can tell that she was reading the problems and
asking me questions. She stated that she doesn't know how to help me and
wouldn't transfer to another person. Big mistake. She told me to contact
the computer factories where I got my computer and she THINKS it's my
computer. I tried to explained to her that it was working fine til I
transfer from Dial - up from another internet provider to DSL.

Exactly who is your ISP? You also post via Bell South, so it's hard to give
advice when you fail to provide complete and exact details.

Do you have mutliple accounts with different ISPs? Are you attempting to
send using one ISP while you are connected to another? As for the error
with newsgroups, it's already been pointed out that you *do not* connect to
newsgroups via anything beginning with "www" since that implies a web
address and is used only with Internet Explorer and not with Outlook
Express.
