Default how do I get a picture to change per record?

I am trying to create a database where we can view each employee, and have a
picture associated with that record (employee). How do I get a picture to
change, in a form, when I select a different record?

The Northwind sample database has an example of embedded picture for each
employee.

In reality, that approach is extremely inefficient. For an explanation and
alternatives, see:
