This dewsgroup if for asking questions about Microsoft Access, a database
application in Microsoft Office. You have asked in the wrong place. If you
are using Outlook, try posting your question in an Outlook newsgroup;
otherwise, you need to get assistance from your email software provider or
from your ISP.

You also can't set your computer clock. Try that first. Then ask this
question in an email group. Your question may be better answered in a
newsgroup appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the
Microsoft Access database product. It might also be a good idea not to
publish your email address for the entire world.
