Finding and installing missing fonts
Hi, I have FP2002. I've installed it on two machines. I notice though that
theres quite a few fonts that are missing from my laptop. . I have identical programs on both pc's and find it strange that the fonts are not in the Publisher font file. What is the best way to put the missing ones on one pc? Should I copy the fonts I need to media then load them into the windows font file? Thanks in advance Catt |

Finding and installing missing fonts
I would suggest starting here to make sure that the "missing fonts" are
supplied with that version of Publisher. http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Catt" wrote in message ... Hi, I have FP2002. Finding and installing missing fonts
Thanks but it (the list) only goes to Publisher 2000. I have 2002. So
question one is .......Would that make a difference? Question two is ...if I don't see fonts that currently reside in one of my Publisher font files does that mean that the fonts were 'picked up' from the installation of another program, like, Corel PhotoPaint/Draw which has quite a list? Thanks Catt "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: I would suggest starting here to make sure that the "missing fonts" are supplied with that version of Publisher. http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Catt" wrote in message ... Yes. Any font installed on the system creating a document can be used in that document, it could have been installed by any application, or manually installed by the user. -- Ed Bennett - MVP Microsoft Publisher http://ed.mvps.org/ |
