Subform not open - but it is on open main form???
I have a main form with an invisible sub form on it.
What I am trying to do is, when the user clicks a button, make the subform visible (easy and working) and "GoToRecord", New on the sub form (not working and Access reporting form not open???) I'm using basic macro behind the button that does a few other things that are all working fine, but cannot do anything on the subform as keeps saying it isn't open. Have tried with the subform having linked fields and without and various other changes but just can't seem to get past this problem. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help in advance. I think you'll want to make the *subform control* object - not the form in it - visible and invisible for this purpose. If this doesn't help please post your macro steps. John W.
