Default Activex problem

Hi

I am using gridex 2000 a third party activex (www.janusys.com). The

problem
is that when the form with this control is running and I try to go into
design mode I get the error 'the database is in a state that you do not

have
exclusive rights over it. Any change you make will not be saved...' or
something similar. It appears that the form has gone corrupt. An

additional
twist is that it works fine on my machine but on the clients machine who
have office 2003 basic + access 2000 it gives the error.

Any idea why this could be and how can I fix this?

Thanks

Regards

You should contact your third-party vendor about this problem.
