Default Has anyone ever seen this message?

I'm trying to create a form for a database. I am using the
form Wizard. I am at work, where we have a very large
ntework. When I go to create the form, I get this message:

"The wizard is unable to open the form in Form view or
Datasheet view, possibly because another user has a source
table open in exclusive mode. Your form will be opened in
design view."

Im running Access 2000. I'm just looking for a
translation. A solution can come later, but I have no idea
what this means!

Tried that. No luck with that or rebooting.

Have you tried a repair on your data file? It might be corrupt in some way.

Also, If someone else has the table opened and has their Default Open Mode
for Access set to Exclusive - the table will be locked.
