Default Show null and non null data

Hello,

I have a form that has numerous fields that require a date from the user. I
can place it in a query and pull a report and everything that has a date
placed in the field shows on the report. Is there a way I can also show the
fields that were not completed or does not have a date inputted? I suppose I
can create a separate query and place Is Null in criteria for each
field(about 20) but I was hoping to show both on one report. This way the
manager can see everything completed on the top and everything not completed
on the bottom. Is this at all possible?

Thanks!!
