Default Progressive number

I've a query that make a progressive number NUM:
Num: (Select Count (*) FROM [CLIENTI] as AAA WHERE
[AAA].[IDCLIENTE][CLIENTI].[IDCLIENTE])+1

NUM | IDCLIENTE
1 | 1
2 | 3
3 | 6

is it possible to have with same query an additional field with different
progressive number in this example?

NUM | IDCLIENTE | WAIT WEEK
1 | 1 | 1
2 | 3 | 1
3 | 6 | 2
4 | 7 | 2
5 | 9 | 3
6 | 12 | 3

Thanks in advance.
