I have managed to get one report based on around 4 others and all is well. Stuck with one problem., On query brings back details of outcomes on a daily basis., eg, outcome 1,2,3,4 as these may be the only outcomes used on that day. When the other qry brings back outcomes for last 12 weeks, they are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. As i am bringing both these over for a daily table in report and a quarterly, how do i get the daily to show outcomes 5,6,7,8 or whatever is not used, to keep tables the same.

You could create a table with all 8 outcomes, combine this
table in you query this would result in a record for all 8
outcomes each time.
If you need more specific information you need to give
more specific information such as source table(s) etc.
But I think this will get you going.
Hope this helps.
