Default "Left-to-right Vertical" text direction (Vertical for Mongolian)

In Publisher 2007 or 2010 Beta, Text direction can't be changed to
"left-to-right vertical" even though MS Word 2007 and Power Point 2007 can do
that. In Word or Power Point, the menu selection was called "vertical for
Mongolian" . The function is very useful for people who edit traditional
Mongolian, Sibe and Manchu language text. I hope Publisher can add this
fuction. Thanks.

Publisher does have left to right in 2007. Right-click any toolbar, customize,
Commands tab, Format, scroll down.
If you customize the Ribbon in 2010 the Left to Right is in the All Commands
list. Create a new tab.

Publisher does have "left to right", but it is not "left to right vertical".

Default "Left-to-right Vertical" text direction (Vertical for Mongolia

Thank you very much for your reply. In Publisher 2007 or 2010 I can only
find two text directions which are horizontal and vertical orientation. The
vertical orietaion is basically horizontal orientation rotates 90 degrees.
After the rotation, the vertical text becomes "right-to-left vertical" text.
But Mongolian, Sibe and Manchu language texts need to be written in
"left-to-right vertical" text direction.
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/direction.htm#ltrv That's why Word 2007 and
Power Point 2007 has an extra text direction option called "vertical for
Mongolian" (left-to-right vertical).

Not only millions of Mongolian, Sibe, Manchu language users can benefit from
the function, deaf community can also benefit from it because "SignWriting"
Sign language writing system also writes in "left-to-right vertical" way. The
system was used or investigated in over 40 countries.
