I cant send e-mails with attachments

Are you also using Internet Explorer 6. By "tuesday" I assume you mean June
23rd. In between the last time it worked, and you noticed the change, did
you make any changes to your computer or install any new programs, such as
automatic Windows updates while Outlook Express was active? (Got pets that
can access your keyboard when you are on a break?

You say it "did not want to send" - what exactly is happening? Are you
getting an error message, and if so, what does it say? At what point is the
failure? While attaching? After attaching? While sending? Upon arrival? Has
your mail server changed its policy regarding email attachments, or lowered
the attachment size limit?

In the "Insert Attachment" dialog, is there a checkmark before "Make
Shortcut to this file"? If so, un-check it. After you choose a file to
attach, does an "Attach" box appear in the message header below the
"Subject" box? While the message is in your Drafts or Outbox folder, is
there a paperclip symbol to the left in the list of messages? If so, is
there also a paperclip button on the right side of the header in the lower
Preview pane while displayed? That's all I can think of so far.
