what's the equivalent of an Excel comment in Visio?
i.e. in Excel a comment 'opens' when the user hovers over the cell. In Visio
it seems only for revision comments and a 'user', for example, viewing the document as an HTM file in a browser doesn't get to see the comments.

In Visio 2003/2007 select the shape and menu Insert - Shape ScreenTip In 2002 and before it's menu Insert - Comment -- Regards, Paul Herber, Sandrila Ltd.
