Default lower and upper chart

How can i create a worksheet with an upper and a lower chart? Like the
Bloomberg Charts. Upper chart with date, open, high, low and close. Lower
chart with other indicator.

Probably easiest to create 2 charts and align and format them to look like
one. See

That's easier, sure. But the alignment is difficult to maintain, as axis
labels increase or decrease in displayed digits and as other things change.

I've had good luck with "layered" or "stacked" regions in a single chart.
They may be harder to set up, but they are easier to keep aligned, because
one axis fits the whole chart. Here's a simple example:
