Email to distribution list: how do i tailor the "to" field to rec
I want to send an email to a distribution list, but want the "to": field to
read only the recipients email address. It should look like each recipient is receiving their own email, and not to a number of people. How can i have outlook do this?

In Outlook, click Help and enter "mail merge" in the search box. -- Brian Tillman
