Default Multi Docs - create a Table of Figures

I know how to create a toc (body) for multiple docs. Is there a way to do
the same for a master list of tables spread across multiple docs. ditto for
figures?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Janet

a list of tables or figures is a TOC field also, simply with a different
field code to instruct Word to look for the SEQ fields of table/figure
captions.

If you know
a) how to create a TOC for multiple docs, and
b) how to create a TOC for figures,
you should be able to create a TOC for figures for multiple docs.

Otherwise, please post back with questions to a) or b), and with the
version of Word you're using.
