Default How do I transfer emails from Outlook to Access?

I need to have a way to view emails in Access for purposes of backup given
many emails from various companies. I need a quick and easy method to
transfer all info from an Outlook email message to feilds in an mdb. It would
be very nice if i could also automate this using a form that popped up upon
reading the email, so as to tag it appropriately for the db. Please help...
