Default Business Card

Is it possible to import a jpg business card into Outlook 2007 to use as my
default vcard and business signature?

Not as a vCard, since a JPEG file is just an image and donesn't contain any
active data, but you can certainly create an HTML signature that sontains
nothing more than the embedded image. It would be similar to including a logo
in the signature.
