Default PDF toolbar in email template using Word as Email editor.

I wish to turn off the 'Attach as Adobe PDF' toolbar surreptitiously
installed by Adobe Inc in the email template in Word when using Word as the
Outlook mail editor. How do I access the Outlook email template in Word, or
is the setting controlled elsewhere (like in the registry)?
