tell you how to replace the file. You shouldn't lose any data, the missing file is the service provider, not the actual address book. When I went to the link it indicated that for Win 98 SE ... I should go to "start, find and rename the file Wab32.dll" I did that and it could not be found. Be sure to set the search tool to look in system folders and hidden files
and folders. If you still can't find it, it may, indeed, be missing; if it is missing, try proceeding with the re-install and skip the rename part of the article.
