Default Faxing with ISDN Card

I have an ISDN Card installed in my PC that has Group3
Fax capability.

However I can not find anything that allows me to use
this functionality to send faxes.

Any ideas?

Microsoft Fax programs require an analog fax modem that support Class 1 or 2
fax.
