I have no trouble setting up a meeting on the last Tuesday of every month in
Outlook 2003...what steps are you taking? Also, I didn't understand your second question...what problem with the time scale are you having? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Denis" wrote: How do i set up a meeting on every last Tuesday of a month in Outlook 2003 like you could in XP? Jocelyn
I have sorted out the last Tuesday meeting, I should have looked harder at the alternatives. The monthly meeting I have lasts longer than one year but Outlook is only marking it until next May 2006 even though I have made sure that the "No End Date" is chosen. Which view are you using on the Calendar when you see this happening?

So are you saying that if you go to June 2006 in Day/Week/Month view and look
at the date the meeting should fall on, it does not appear? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Denis" wrote: Day/Week/Month with auto preview Denis "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Which view are you using on the Calendar when you see this happening? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Denis" wrote: Jocelyn I have sorted out the last Tuesday meeting, I should have looked harder at the alternatives. Yes thats correct, and the date on the on the monthly calendar is not
highlighted as having an event like normal. It is normal that the date is not bold past May 2006 in the Date Navigator
(the mini calendars) -- those only show bolded dates for 2 months into the past and 10 months into the future from the current date. I am not able to reproduce your issue here on my copy of Outlook 2003. I have set up a meeting for the last Sunday of every 1 month from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM with no end date (starting 7/31/2005), and it appears as far into the future on my Day/Week/Month view with AutoPreview view as I care to look. Is this a meeting you organized and sent out invitations to, or a meeting you accepted from someone else, or just an appointment you set up for yourself? If you create another one, does the new one work properly? -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Denis" wrote: Yes thats correct, and the date on the on the monthly calendar is not highlighted as having an event like normal. Joceylyn
you have answered my question in your first paragraph seeing that the mini calendars only highlight 10 months into the future.
