Default Duplicate pages when trying to create a business card.

I am trying to create business cards in Publisher 2002. The problem is that I
will have created a business card on one page and will insert another page to
create a second business card and it will duplicate that one on the first
page changing the 1st business card. How do I stop this from happening?
