Default My mouse cursor vibrates back and forth incessently. Won't stop.

I have a new Dell Studio that has MS Office Basic 2007 pre-installed. MS
Windows 7 is the operating system. I migrated my EXCEL 2003 programs over to
MS Windows 7 from Windows XP by means of PC Mover. The Excel program now has
issues. The cursor moves back an forth incessently, very fast about an inch
or so on my screen and I can't get it to stop. Almost like it is vibrating.
When I put the move cursor out of the Excel window, it stops. I have tried
adjustments to the cursor in my control panel, Nothing stops it. Any ideas?
