Default Office Pro 2007 Upgrade - Works 9.0 Ineligible?

Yes I did. However, when I install the patch, it prompts me to insert the
Works 9 CD, which I don't have, since I have an OEM pre-installed version.
Microsoft said that the OEM is liable for a workaround since they installed
Works 9 (Catch 22 anyone?). I'll try creating a recovery disk like Backburner
suggested. Thanks everyone. I'll let you know how things work out.

I have the same problem. If anyone has a solution to the OEM issue I would
greatly appreciate it.

SUCCESS! My computer came with a trial version of Office 2007 Home & Student.
I installed that and was then able to install the upgrade to Office 2007
Professional without any problems.
