Default Choosing OptionsMail Format Crashes Outlook 2003

If I choose any option under OptionsMail Format than Outlook 2003 crashes
and requests to send an error report to Microsoft. I've tried uninstalling
Office completly and reinstalling it, I've also tried a repair, both from the
CD and from the Add and Remove Programs repair location. The problem
continues to occur.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help :-)
