Inserting footnote created duplicate of footer
I am working with a relatively simple document but when I attempt to
insert a footnote in the document, it duplicates the footer and places it beneath the paragraph containing the footnote superscript. For example: Paragraph with footnote1 duplicate footer --------- 1Footnote actual footer Can't figure out what's causing it or how to fix it. Duplicate footer appears on screen and in print. Thanks in advance for any insight, Barbara
