Default Printing weekly calendar

How do you print a weekly calendar and see all the information? I have not
found a way to make the text wrap in the appointment so it will print.

I have Outlook 2007, using work week view. Corporate installs our Office and
we do not have Printing Assistant available to us.

Thanks.

Then you will need to contact "Corporate" and have them install the
Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant for you.

The outlook calendar doesn't wrap text. You'll need to use the calendar
printing assistant or a word template if you want line wrap. See
