Default Visio 2007 XML Schema Definition

Hi,

I need to get Visio 2007 Schema Definition file (.xsd) but I could not find
it. It is supposed to be in the Office2007XMLSchema.exe downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...n#Instructions
but it does not. I could find the xsd file for Visio 2003 but I need the one
for Visio 2007. Please help me in finding it.

Thanks!

I understand her frustration. Where the schema is in fact defined in the
sdk documentation, an .XSD file image of it appears to be unavailable.
Of course one alternative might be to create a horribly complex drawing,
save it as .vdx, and then attempt to use another tool to extract the
schema out as an .xsd file (ugly scenario).
Since a vNext sdk has not yet been spoken of, it might be added as an
afterthought.

Hi Al,

Exactly... The schema definition was available in .xsd format in Visio 2003,
but not in Visio 2007. This is really frustrating...
